This Privacy Policy applies to the Event Diary mobile application and related support services operated by HANDS ON GEAR LTD (the “Application” and the “Service Provider”). Effective date: 2026-09-25.

Information the Application may process

The Application is designed to help users record personal moments and organise them on their own device. During normal use, the Service Provider does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect personal identity data through the Application interface unless you choose to contact the Service Provider directly.

Use of information

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider, the information you provide may be used only to respond to your enquiry, provide support, maintain service quality or comply with legal obligations. The Application content you create is intended for your own personal use and management.

Location data

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third-party access

The Service Provider does not sell user information. Information voluntarily provided outside the Application may be shared only where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to support service operations under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

The Service Provider retains directly submitted information only for as long as necessary to answer requests, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, meet contractual needs, or comply with legal obligations. Information stored only within the Application on your device remains under your control unless shared by you.

Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of information you have voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, you may do so by contacting kieranosei524@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to any obligations to retain information under applicable law.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any revision will be reflected on this page together with a revised effective date.
